Yes! Same migration procedures used to transition in can be used to transition back. We will provide you with assistance every step of the way and we will train your new employees. You also have the option of purchasing the ERP System along with your database.
How will you reduce our chargebacks?
We will analyze your current client offsets and implement procedures to help prevent them in the future. Our customer service teams are experts in compliance. Our chargeback percentages are consistently below industry average levels.
How are we protected from Price Increases?
Prices remain fixed because your rates are based on percentage of sales. If agreed upon pricing schedule does not support sustainability, we will honor our pricing until we can agree on a new rate or give you enough time to find another solution.
Is our data private and secure?
Standard non-disclosure agreements are signed at Corporate & Employee levels. We have Enhanced Firewall Protected & Password Encrypted Secure Servers.
What types of redundancies do you have to protect our data?
We have On and Off-Site backup solutions in place. We have Incremental daily, weekly and monthly backup procedures. We also have integrated disaster recovery solutions with same day backup restore.
